CBOW Purpose & Vision

Section II: The Purpose of CBOW

1. Modern Life & Human Well-Being

In the 21st century, people face unprecedented levels of stress, fast-paced lifestyles, and fragmented attention. Travel time, once a potential moment of rest, has become monotonous and unproductive. CBOW transforms these idle moments into enriching experiences, offering entertainment, creativity, and relaxation within every ride. By embedding intelligent digital media systems, CBOW converts “lost hours” of transit into meaningful time that supports both mental health and productivity.

2. Social & Cultural Connectivity

Life is defined by milestones and gatherings — weddings, graduations, birthdays, community festivals, and group travel. Traditional transportation isolates these experiences to the destination. CBOW extends the celebration into the journey itself, enabling passengers to share entertainment, music, and interactive media before they even arrive. This deepens bonds, builds community, and makes travel an active part of human connection.

3. Re-Imagining the Transportation Industry

For more than a century, transportation systems have advanced in speed and efficiency — but not in experience. Cars, buses, and rideshare vehicles still treat the journey as a passive act. CBOW introduces a new transportation paradigm: Entertainment Mobility Systems (EMS). By integrating AI-driven entertainment, CBOW eliminates monotony and creates journeys that are immersive, dynamic, and personalized.

4. Innovation in Advertising & Promotion

Audiences worldwide are fatigued by traditional advertisements. CBOW revolutionizes this space through interactive entertainment advertising:

  • Passengers engage with ads through quizzes, Q&A, and mini-games.

  • Companies reward participants with credits, discounts, or digital gifts.

  • Engagement metrics ensure higher retention, satisfaction, and brand loyalty.

This creates a reward-based ecosystem where businesses and consumers both benefit, moving advertising beyond passive exposure to active participation.

5. Integration of AI & Robotics

CBOW is more than a screen — it is a mobile intelligent companion.

  • AI systems assist riders with entertainment curation, navigation, and personal support.

  • Robotics can enhance accessibility for elderly or disabled riders.

  • Continuous learning enables CBOW to adapt to cultural, social, and individual needs.

This evolution positions CBOW at the frontier of intelligent transportation ecosystems.

6. Scientific & Psychological Foundations

CBOW is grounded in interdisciplinary research:

  • Neuroscience: Music, games, and interactive storytelling reduce cortisol (stress hormone) and improve dopamine release, enhancing rider mood.

  • Human Factors & Ergonomics: CBOW’s design considers eye strain, seating posture, and engagement cycles, ensuring health-conscious entertainment.

  • Social Psychology: Shared entertainment fosters group cohesion, empathy, and stronger interpersonal connections during travel.

By merging science, engineering, and design, CBOW provides not only entertainment but measurable improvements in well-being and social experience.

✨ Mission Statement

CBOW was invented to transform transportation into an intelligent, entertaining, and socially connected experience. It reduces stress, enriches social life, redefines industry standards, and introduces a new form of interactive advertising supported by AI and robotics — creating not just movement, but meaningful journeys.

Founder Biography — Tadele Kebede

Early Life & Coffee Roots

Tadele Kebede was born and raised on a coffee farm in Ethiopia. His childhood was shaped by the rhythms of farming life, where he helped plant and sell coffee beans. His parents were highly successful farmers, teaching him the values of hard work, perseverance, and community. Coffee was more than a livelihood — it was a culture of togetherness and resilience.

Family Hardship & Displacement

Despite their success, Tadele’s family faced tragedy when ethnic conflict and civil war in Ethiopia led to their displacement. They lost their land, property, and livelihood. His father passed away during this period, while his mother continues to live in poverty, displaced from her home. Tadele has supported her as much as possible, even while raising his own four children, but the scars of this displacement remain a driving force in his vision.

Naval Service & Discipline

At just 17 years old, Tadele joined the Ethiopian Navy. He served with honor and discipline for six years, developing leadership skills and resilience. His service ended when he was injured, forcing him to leave the navy. Instead of stopping, this setback became a turning point that pushed him toward education and entrepreneurship.

Educational Leadership in Ethiopia

After his naval career, Tadele returned to school and made history by founding the first private colleges in Ethiopia. He Co-founded Unity, Royal, and Founded Queen’s Colleges, which became pioneering institutions in the country. Through these schools, he empowered thousands of young people with access to higher education. Unfortunately, systemic corruption in 2014 forced him to step away from his educational mission.

Journey to the United States

After immigrating to the United States, Tadele carried with him the same determination and vision. He trained in several fields including industrial clothing manufacturing, aerospace machining, computer technology, and business analysis. Although his aerospace career was cut short by a back injury, each step added skills and perspective that would shape his future vision.

The Birth of CBOW

In February 2025, in Seattle, Washington, Tadele founded CBOW (Chrome Beatz On Wheels) under NGMT LLC. Inspired by his life’s journey — from farming coffee to naval service, from building schools to starting over in the U.S. — he envisioned a transportation system that brings people joy, connection, and opportunity. CBOW was created to redefine mobility by combining AI, entertainment, and social enrichment into every ride.

Legacy & Vision

Tadele’s journey — from coffee roots and farm life to naval service, educational leadership, and entrepreneurial reinvention in the U.S. — is a story of resilience and vision. Today, CBOW is not only a technological innovation but also a movement, inspired by his desire to create jobs, uplift communities, and ensure that no family suffers displacement or loss without hope of renewal. His mission is deeply personal: to honor his parents’ legacy, provide for his children, and build a future where transportation itself becomes a tool of connection and empowerment.

The Story of the NGMT Uniform & Ranks

As Declared by Admiral NGMT-T and Admiral Supreme G

Origins of the Uniform

The NGMT uniform was not created for show—it was forged through service.

Admiral NGMT-T, a man with a legacy in the Navy, brought his discipline, sacrifice, and visionary leadership to a new mission: building a family-led future that would unite technology, tradition, and transportation. From that spark, NGMT was born.

But this wasn’t just a business. This was a fleet.

And fleets wear uniforms that carry their purpose.

The Navy Blue CBOW Duty Jacket became the symbol of unity across land, air, and sea. It represents:

  • Discipline from the past

  • Innovation of the present

  • Legacy for the future

Each stripe, trim, and insignia tells a story. No one wears the uniform just to be seen.

They wear it to serve.

The Legacy of NGMT’s Founder

Before NGMT and CBOW, there was a young boy planting coffee seeds in the highlands of Ethiopia—a seed that would grow into vision.

At 17, he joined the Ethiopian Navy, learning discipline and national service early.
Later, he came to America, where he trained in computer support, Microsoft systems, aerospace manufacturing, and traditional garment design—working by day, studying by night.

But long hours and physical labor brought injury… and clarity.

That pain led to purpose.

He founded NGMT not just to build machines—but to build dignity.
To design systems that lift burdens, respect tradition, and give intelligence a soul.

CBOW was born from that journey: a mobile system, a movement, and a mission.
