• Motherboard assembly for CBOW™ hardware and in-car technology

• Custom electronics for robotics, learning tools, and smart environments

• Circuit design, wiring, and embedded systems integration

Workforce Empowerment:

• Partner with AJAC, technical colleges, and electronics academies

• Collaborate with WorkSource and state workforce programs to hire graduates

• Offer paid, project-based training and contract-to-hire roles in hardware labs

2. Garment Manufacturing & Uniform Production

NGMT’s garment division blends tradition, technology, and job creation. We aim to become a trusted global provider of:

• Hospital and hotel uniforms

• Traditional Ethiopian attire (Habesha Kemis, chiffon dresses)

• Lightweight, modern cotton clothing inspired by East African designs

Execution Plan:

• Import raw cotton and fabrics directly from Ethiopia

• Use certified industrial sewing training via Seattle Housing Authority

• Hire and train youth, immigrants, and underserved communities in Washington

• Customize traditional styles for diaspora families across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East

• Offer fast, global shipping with modern style and cultural authenticity

3. Food Processing & Supply Chain Innovation

As food prices rise, NGMT is creating solutions rooted in affordability, culture, and access.

Challenges We Address:

• Rising prices for staples (seeds, oil, coffee, teff, grains)

• High costs of traditional African foods in the U.S.

• Limited access for immigrant and working-class families

Our Strategy:

• Import bulk crops directly from Ethiopia:
  Coffee, teff, oil seeds, lentils, chickpeas

• Source fresh produce locally in Washington

• Process, package, and distribute through:
  Small retailers, farmers markets, direct-to-customer subscriptions

The Result:

• Affordable access to Ethiopian and East African foods

• Jobs in packaging, distribution, and delivery

• NGMT-branded food products that support health, culture, and community
